When these terms apply
These terms cover every quote, sourcing order and delivery arranged through Novalogisticsshop Pty Ltd, whether you contacted us by email, through the website form or by phone. Placing an order means you accept them. If you are ordering for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Our quoted sourcing fee is an offer that stays open for seven days. After that the factory price and freight rate may have moved, so we recheck before proceeding.
Quotes, prices and currency
Every quote states the part price, freight, insurance, customs duty and our fee as one landed figure in Australian dollars. That figure is what you pay unless the factory changes its price before we place the order, or the shipment weight turns out to be materially different from what the manufacturer declared. In either case we stop and ask before spending your money.
- Quotes do not include Australian GST unless the line says so.
- Bank fees charged by an overseas intermediary are passed through at cost.
- Prices for stock held in the Ballarat warehouse are fixed for 14 days.
Payment and order acceptance
We begin a factory search once the sourcing fee clears. We place the production order once the full landed amount clears. Payment is by bank transfer or by card through our provider, and we issue a tax invoice for every order.
An order is accepted at the moment we send you the factory confirmation with the revision number attached. Until then we may decline a request, for example where the manufacturer will not sell outside its own region or where the component is restricted for export.
Delivery, risk and title
Transit times we quote are estimates built from real shipments on the same route, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and airline capacity can all add days. Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier delivers to the address on the order. Title passes when the full amount has cleared.
Someone over 18 must be at the delivery address to sign. If a consignment is returned because nobody was available after two attempts, the redelivery charge is yours.
Cancellations, liability and governing law
You can cancel without cost at any point before we pay the factory. After that, cancellation depends on whether the manufacturer will take the part back, and any restocking charge it applies is passed on.
Our liability for a delayed or failed delivery is limited to the freight and fee you paid for that order, except where Australian Consumer Law does not allow that limit. Nothing here excludes the consumer guarantees that apply to goods and services supplied in Australia.
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
