Verified makers, direct import

Industrial Machine Components Import & Express Freight

Novalogisticsshop imports bearings, servo drives, pneumatic valves and other hard-to-source machine components from certified overseas manufacturers, then moves them by express freight to workshops, factories and maintenance teams across Australia. Send the maker's part number and the machine it belongs to; we confirm the current revision, check stock with the factory and quote a landed price before anything is ordered.

The import desk

Machine parts sourced where they are actually made

Production lines do not wait for a slow purchase order. When a drive fails, the replacement needs to be correct, documented and on a plane the same week.

We work from manufacturer catalogues and authorised distributor stock lists, not from auction sites or relabelled surplus. That matters with industrial components because a bearing with the wrong clearance or a drive with the wrong firmware will fit the shaft and still fail. Our desk confirms the exact revision against the machine's serial number and the maker's current data sheet, then quotes the part, freight, insurance and duty as a single landed figure in Australian dollars. Every supplier we use is audited for traceability, so the certificate that arrives with the component is the certificate the factory issued. Items travel by air on the next suitable service, and our customs broker pre-lodges the entry so clearance happens while the aircraft is still in the air.

Revision checked, not assumed

We compare the data sheet revision against the machine serial before ordering, because a later revision can change the mounting pattern.

Traceable certificates included

Every shipment carries the factory certificate of conformity and, where relevant, the material and calibration records.

Why us

Eleven years of keeping lines running

The import desk began when a Ballarat food plant lost a servo drive mid-shift and the local distributor quoted fourteen weeks. A direct approach to the maker in Bavaria found the drive in stock, and it was installed nine days after the call. That response time is now the standard we work to.

01

Supplier audits before the first order

We do not add a factory to the panel until we have seen its quality certificates and its process for handling superseded part numbers.

02

Serial-level identification

The machine serial number, not just the model, decides which revision is correct. We ask for it on every request and check against the maker's build record.

03

Freight planned around shutdowns

If a component is for a scheduled shutdown, we book the freight backwards from that date so it lands with time for installation and testing.

How it works

Five steps from breakdown to installation

Every request follows the same path. The sequence keeps revision checks ahead of payment and keeps customs paperwork off your desk.

01

Log the breakdown

Send the maker's part number, the machine serial and the failure symptom. The symptom sometimes changes which revision we order.

02

Confirm the revision

Our desk checks the current data sheet and the factory build record, then tells you whether a supersession affects the fit.

03

Quote the landed cost

You receive one figure covering the component, air freight, insurance and duty, with the certificate requirements listed.

04

Release and ship

Once approved, we place the factory order, arrange inspection photographs and book the fastest air service with a customs pre-lodgement.

05

Install and verify

We track delivery, send the certificate pack by email and follow up after installation to confirm the component performed as specified.

FAQ

What buyers ask before the first order

The answers below cover the situations that come up most. If your machine is older or unusual, send the details and we will check with the maker.

Ask us directly

Often, yes. Obsolescence at a distributor level usually means the local warehouse has stopped carrying the line, not that the factory has stopped making it. We ask the maker directly and, where the item really has ended, we look for the documented replacement and confirm the fit.

The factory certificate of conformity travels with every shipment. Where the component is safety or measurement related, we also request the material certificates and the calibration record and send the whole pack as a PDF before dispatch.

Some drives with large capacitors and certain hydraulic accumulators need a dangerous goods declaration. We arrange this through our broker and add the handling fee to the quote, usually around A$85 per consignment.

We log the installation date and the failure details, then raise the claim with the maker on your behalf. Factory warranties typically run twelve months from installation, and our broker keeps the import record that the claim needs.

Yes, under the full line contract. We hold agreed quantities in the Ballarat warehouse and release them against your call-off, which cuts the response from weeks to the same day for items already in stock.

Put the part number in front of a buyer

We read every request ourselves. Send the machine serial along with the part number and you will get a revision-checked answer with a landed cost, usually inside one business day.
