Novalogisticsshop pricing for sourcing and express freight
Novalogisticsshop charges a fixed sourcing fee for finding the part and passes freight, insurance and customs duty through at cost. Every quote shows one landed figure in Australian dollars before we spend anything with the factory, so there is no second invoice after the courier leaves.
Three ways to use the desk
Pick the one that matches how often you buy. All three include the same revision checks and the same photo report before dispatch.
Single Part Search
One part number, one factory search, one landed quote. Best for a one-off repair or a collector chasing a single item.
- Fitment checked against your VIN or serial
- Three factory catalogues searched
- Photo report before dispatch
- Fee credited if nothing is found
- Landed cost quoted in writing
Express Parts Bundle
Three related lines on one shipment. The freight saving is usually bigger than the fee difference.
- Three part numbers per search
- Priority factory pickup within 24 hours
- Express air freight and customs cleared
- One consolidated invoice
- Photo report on every line
Restoration Programme
A standing agreement for shops, fleets and collectors who are sourcing every week rather than once a season.
- Unlimited searches for the period
- Dedicated buyer in the factory region
- Quarterly supersession report
- Priority allocation on low-stock items
- Buffer stock held in Ballarat
Prices exclude Australian GST unless stated. Card and bank fees charged by an overseas intermediary are passed through at cost. The full terms are on our terms and conditions page.
What the automotive side costs line by line
The sourcing fee covers the search and the check. Everything that moves the part is quoted separately, at cost, so you can see what you are paying for.
Search and verification
Every automotive search includes the following work before you commit to anything.
- Factory catalogue search across three suppliers
- VIN match against the build record
- Supersession check and replacement recommendation
- Written landed cost in Australian dollars
- Photo report of the part and its label before sealing
Freight, insurance and duty
These items vary with the part, the origin country and the weight. We show each one separately on the quote so nothing is hidden inside the fee.
- Export packing and dangerous goods checks, if required
- Air freight, from economy consol to next-flight
- Marine and transit insurance at 0.6% of invoice value
- Australian customs duty and GST
- Brokerage fee, A$95 per entry, waived on the programme
What the industrial side costs line by line
Industrial components come with certificates and, sometimes, dangerous goods declarations. The import desk shows every line.
Single Component Import
A$245
Covers one verified component, revision check against the machine serial and the certificate of conformity that travels with it.
Workshop Restock Plan
A$690
A monthly allowance of up to six component lines, consolidated into one shipment with a single customs entry and one invoice.
Full Line Import Contract
A$2,450
Unlimited lines per quarter, a named buyer and broker, held buffer stock for critical spares and a quarterly obsolescence review.
Occasionally a job needs one of these
We quote add-ons only when they are needed, never as a default. If a job does not need them, they do not appear on the invoice.
The two that come up most are dangerous goods handling and the express next-flight option. Both are straightforward, and both are decided with you before the order goes to the factory.
Dangerous goods declaration
Airbags, pressurised dampers, fuel tanks with residual vapour and large capacitors. Adds three to five days and a handling fee.
Next-flight express uplift
Moves the consignment from economy consolidation onto the first available service out of the origin airport.
Extended storage, per week
For buffer stock held beyond 30 days at Creswick Road. Waived entirely for customers on the restoration programme.
What each package actually includes
A short comparison, so you can see where the packages differ without digging through the fine print.

Things people ask about the price
If your question is not here, ring the desk. We would rather explain a fee than have you discover it later.
Ask about a quoteOne landed figure before you commit
Give us the part and we will come back with the number. If the part cannot be found, the search fee comes back to you as a credit.
