Direct-from-factory rare car parts

Rare Automotive Parts Sourcing & Express Delivery

Novalogisticsshop tracks down discontinued and low-volume automotive parts from manufacturers in Japan, Germany and the UK, then moves them on the next available express flight to Australia. You send the VIN or OEM number, we confirm fitment with the factory, handle export paperwork and clear customs before the courier reaches your door. No local markup, no weeks of waiting for a backorder that may never arrive.

What we actually do

One part, sourced properly, landed fast

Most rare parts never sit on a shelf in Australia. We buy them where they are made, then move them by air before they become another six-month backorder story.

Our buyers work from factory parts catalogues and dealer-only portals rather than marketplace listings, so the number you give us is checked against the production run, the market and the revision history. If a part has been superseded, we tell you what replaced it and whether the replacement fits. Once the factory confirms stock, we pay for the unit, arrange export packing and book the fastest route into Melbourne or Sydney. You get photographs before dispatch, a tracking number that works from day one and a landed cost in Australian dollars before you commit. If the factory comes back empty, you pay nothing for the search.

VIN and OEM verification

We match the part to your chassis number, not to a photo someone uploaded to a forum in 2009.

Landed cost upfront

Part price, freight, insurance and customs duty are quoted as one figure before we place the factory order.

Why us

Built for restorers who are tired of dead ends

Novalogisticsshop started because a Ballarat restoration shop could not get a rear quarter panel for a 1994 coupe. That panel took eleven weeks through normal channels. We found the same pressing tool in Osaka and had it on a plane in nine days. The process we use now came out of that job.

01

Factory access, not marketplace luck

We hold accounts with parts departments and small-batch manufacturers in Japan, Germany and the UK, which means we can ask for stock that never appears in a public search.

02

Paperwork handled in-house

Export declarations, dangerous goods checks and Australian import permits are prepared by our own brokers, so a missing document does not park your part in a bond store for a month.

03

Photos before the box is sealed

Every part is photographed with its label and packaging visible. If the factory sends the wrong revision, we catch it before it leaves the country.

How it works

From part number to front door in five moves

The sequence is short on purpose. Everyone knows what happens next, and nothing sits in a queue waiting for someone to remember it.

01

Send the evidence

Give us the VIN, OEM number and a photo of the existing part if you have one. The factory needs the right identifier to search its own catalogue.

02

Factory confirmation

A buyer checks live stock, revision and supersession with the manufacturer. You get the result and the landed cost in writing.

03

Payment and pickup

Once you approve the figure, we pay the factory and arrange pickup with an export packer who understands fragile or heavy components.

04

Air freight and clearance

The part travels on the next suitable flight. Our broker pre-lodges customs paperwork so it clears without sitting on a wharf.

05

Delivery and fitment follow-up

The courier calls before delivery. Two weeks later we check the part fitted properly. If something is wrong, we chase the factory under warranty.

FAQ

Questions that come up before a search

If your part is odd enough that none of these fit, send the details anyway. We have chased worse.

Ask us directly

Some manufacturers will not break a pack. If that happens, we tell you the minimum quantity and the price for the full box, then you decide whether to take the extra units or list them through us to another buyer.

Yes. Grey imports and Japan-only models are a large part of what we do. The factory catalogue is tied to the chassis number, not to the market where the car was registered, so the search still works.

We confirm the part against your VIN and send the factory's own diagram with the revision number highlighted. If the diagram does not match the housing on your car, we stop and ask before you pay anything.

We do, but those parts need a dangerous goods declaration and a carrier that accepts them. That adds roughly three to five days to the transit and a separate handling fee, quoted before the order is placed.

Send photographs the day it arrives. We photograph every part before it leaves the factory, so the comparison is straightforward. Claims against the carrier are filed by our broker, and damaged factory stock is replaced or refunded.

Send us the part number and we will do the rest

A buyer reads every request personally. You will get a real answer with a landed cost, not an automated reply asking you to check the catalogue yourself.
